| Datatrac's 100% Accuracy Guarantee is limited to Datatrac's standard products for Rate Intelligence Reports and RateDex Pro. Errors must be reported to Datatrac within fourteen (14) days of the occurrence of the error to qualify for the 100% Accuracy Guarantee. Click here to report a 100% Accuracy Guarantee occurrence. Upon reported occurrence of an error, Datatrac will research the origin and validity of the error. In the case of RateIntelligence Reports, a credit equal to the value of the report containing the validated error will be granted to the customer reporting the error. For RateDex Pro, a credit equal to one week's worth of service will be granted. All credits herein will be applied to the reporting customer's next subscription renewal. Credits are only available to subscribers from Banks, Savings Banks and Credit Unions. No cash refunds will be granted.
