| Datatrac's 100% Accuracy Guarantee is limited to Datatrac's standard products for Rate Intelligence Reports and RateDex Pro only. Other products and custom research conducted by Datatrac are excluded from this guarantee. Notes and other descriptive data are not covered by this guarantee. Errors must be reported to Datatrac within five (5) business days of the date your research was last verified as indicated in your report for the error to qualify for the 100% Accuracy Guarantee. Click here to report a 100% Accuracy Guarantee occurrence. Upon reported occurrence of an error, Datatrac will research the origin and validity of the error. In the case of RateIntelligence Reports, a credit equal to the value of the report containing the validated error will be granted to the customer reporting the error. For RateDex Pro, a credit equal to one week's worth of service will be granted. All credits herein will be applied to the reporting customer's next subscription renewal. Credits are only available to subscribers from Banks, Savings Banks and Credit Unions. No cash refunds will be granted.
